Rather than navigating to them via the appropriate folder hierarchy in Google Drive, there is a simple shortcut that you can take advantage of in Google Chrome: creating a bookmark that navigates directly to the appropriate page.<\/p>\n<p>This is a very simple process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access your <strong>Google Drive<\/strong> and <strong>open the document<\/strong> you want to save to your bookmarks.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Address Bar<\/strong>, you\u2019ll see a <strong>star icon<\/strong> at the right side. Click it.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>small drop-down menu<\/strong> will appear where you can change the name of your shortcuts, and select the <strong>\u201cFolder\u201d<\/strong> that it will appear in. Select <strong>Bookmarks bar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Done<\/strong>, and then the document will appear in the bookmarks bar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There you have it, you now have a quick shortcut to one of your most-used documents.
